French term or phrase: (société de droit privé) délocalisable
Can anyone tell me how "délocalisable" would be rendered in UK English here? Does this classification for companies even exist?

From my research, it seems that it is a company that could pick up and move to another place and would still be perfectly legal (whereas a wine cooperative/company wouldn't - presumably because their name is linked to their land).

It is a bullet point in a wine cooperative website's "quiz" and is a wrong answer, so any context will not be helpful.

relocation or delocalization (but I think relocation is more common in English)

So no, it is not a type of company, it simply means the company is being moved out ot the country (to a country where it is cheaper to do business most likely).

a private (law) company by opposition to a public company
if it was a company owned by the state, the law would most likely forbid it to establish its headquarters (or subsidiaries) abroad!

I couldn't find a more specific term for it either. This was contrasted in the text to a company that legally cannot be relocated. It would be interesting to know if this concept even exists in UK/US law.
