French term or phrase:bilan social

This has been asked as "company audit" but I doubt that fits here.
It's for the CV of a HR manager whose job involves:
évaluations des compétences
bilan social
évaluations de carrière
Does anyone know for sure what "bilan social" refers to here and possibly the equivalent in English?
Explanation: In line with writeaway's links given below this is a report which summarises and analyses changes in a company's labour force throughout the year.
I would suggest 'human resources report' to cover this - the number of people hired and fired, promoted, trained, health and safety.
This is a specific, legally-required document in France (a must for local gov'ts and companies with more than 300 employees). The definition is not open to interpretation. The contents are stipulated by law and are restricted to employment and working conditions information. This is neither a CSR report nor an annual report. It must be submitted to the comité d'entreprise and be made available to all employees upon request. Up to you to believe the evidence or not, but I have translated at least one of these a year for the past 8 years and there are ample references on the net that explain exactly what th is document is and how it is used. // Nothing to prevent the company from using the info from the legally-required BS to flesh out their CSR report or CSR section in their annual report, but in the CV of an HR manager, the "bilan social" can only be one thing! (How many HR managers write the company's CSR report?).

as a possible last resort, R&C Business does give "social audit" for "bilan social (d'entreprise)"; but it would seem a little odd for something so broad to be sandwiched between two activities which would apply to individuals.
I've given all the context I have. It's from a HR manager's CV in a list of the things his job has involved. The list appears exactly as I have given it up (minus the typo!).
sounds from your comments to Lidia's suggestion as if this more of a CSR report: but this is a chameleon of a term, so we cannot usefully propose a definition based on the context you have given.
