French term or phrase: ambition retrouvée
I'm at a loss regarding how to translate "retrouvée" in the following sentence. I get the impression that it is a 'set phrase' (une ambition retrouvée) but am still none the wiser as to its meaning in this context. Here is the full sentence:

« Le groupe AREVA se réjouit de cette initiative gouvernementale, avec l’instauration de ce COMES, et souhaite au côté de l’État et des autres partenaires, contribuer par ses capacités opérationnelles, son expertise technique et sa présence géographique sur les 5 continents, à une ambition retrouvée en matière de prospection minière afin de renforcer l’accès aux métaux stratégiques pour les filières industrielles concernées » a déclaré Sébastien de Montessus lors de son discours prononcé dans le cadre de la constitution du COMES.

Explanation:
Revived is what springs to my mind as in that sentence "ambition retrouvée" means there was once a high standard in the industry in question, which had fallen into oblivion and they are about to reimplement it....
