French term or phrase: aides
"Aides" appears within the following phrase, taken from a Swiss travel agreement.

I'm not sure whether these are assistants or support staff, or something quite different. Does anybody have any idea who these are and how to translate the term please?

Many thanks for your help.

another way may just be to refer to them as helpers

there are collaborators who work on a permanent or temporary basis and people who help to accomplish the task.
