This term appears in a French CV under the job title 'Sales Director' as follows:
Management et animation d'une équipe de 10 vendeurs et gestion d'un CA de 90 MF.
Any comments on 'motivation of a team'?
I would appreciate any help with translating the term into English..

| | led a team | Explanation: Uou could say "management and leading of a team" but I would personally change it to "managed and led a team". Same meaning but action verb preterits are generally preferred for the experience section of a CV.
