CERTIFIE ET ATTESTE :
- Que je suis le Notaire soignant les intérêts de la Société [ ], ayant son siège social à [ ], dont j'ai dressé les *actes constitutifs* le [date] ;

I need to translate "actes constitutifs" into UK English, so I want to avoid US terms like "incorporation documents".

I was originally going to translate it as "articles of association" but the original seems to be using an umbrella/generic term to cover all documents for the company's formation.

I'm now thinking of translating it as "company formation documents". Is there a better term?
