Yes, I think there's a good chance that you're right about "objectifs commerciaux". But I wouldn't guess.

I agree with Phil and David that OC could be just about anything, but I think one of the most plausible guesses would be 'objectifs commerciaux'. The expression 'réconcilier les objectifs commerciaux' is extremely common and would make perfect sense in this context.

Yes, "the day after" or "24 hours later" probably works better in English.

I don't know what OC means either. But I don't think "D + 24 hours" works well in English, because a lot of people would wonder what D stands for, whereas the "J+" construction is widely recognised in French.

could be absolutely anything. C McA seems to think that O = Objectifs, but it could equally be Ordres, Oublis, Omissions...

What is clear is that this "reconciliation" occurs 24 hours after a milestone (J+24h) which could be withdrawal from stock. You may however need to ask the client what this milestone is, if it is not clear from the other slides.

"enquêter" also seems to imply that something might have gone wrong with the logistics provess, but I'm clutching at straws a bit here.
