French term or phrase: l’application qui correspond aux hors taxes
Salut!

This term appear in the ADMINISTRATION AND INVOICING section of an Employer-Contractor contract under the subheading 'DISPOSITIONS REGLEMENTAIRES' and I am struggling to understand what it means in this context:

Les documents susmentionnés, légalisée ou certifiée devant le notaire, sera aussi nécessaire pour toute procédure de dédouanement des articles importés ainsi que pour l’application qui correspond aux hors taxes.

Thanks!

as well as for the services/products which do not come under tax

Explanation:
Here it means, all those documents which are necessary to import any goods. goods imported should clear the import duties for which the necessary documents should be there. but there are some services which do not come under tax, but still documents are required for them also.

I hope it will help you.
