This formulation come up before.
In my notes, I have this example:
Le solde à 60 jours fin de mois le 10 = balance paid on the 10th of the month following the end of the month which has the day which is 60 days from now
So yours would be paid on the 20th of the month following the end of the month which has the day which is 30 days from now.
Or - take today, add 30 days, this is called month M, payment in the 20th of month M+1. Neat, huh!!

I don\'t think such payment terms are very common in English-speaking countries (I think it\'s usually just x days), but I guess you could explain it by saying something like:
payment will be on the 20th of the calendar month that follows the date of receipt of your invoice plus 30 days.
