disagree Richard Nice: publishing, surely?

agree Charlie Bavington: seems most likely, especially if "offres" refers to quotes/policy proposals printed for customers in each broker's (=sales force) office

agree Marc Glinert: from the inside, I would go with Charlie here Richard. The game at the moment is to decentralise these apps as widely as possible enabling policy proposal forms to be printed out right under the prospect's nose.

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
neutral Charlie Bavington: it's certainly possible, but from the fragment we have, I certainly don't think that just bog standard "printing" can be ruled out; in fact I think it's more likely to be printing (as explained above) than full-blown "publishing"

neutral Marc Glinert: which explains why nads' client feels it worth mentioning that she set up and performed the testing of these apps
