Rather than guessing in the absence of more context, might I suggest the quickest solution to your questions might be simply to telephone the educational establishment concerned? Given the very public domain nature of this kind of background infromation, I hardly feel you would be in breach of any NDA, and, unless the actual establishment is itself the client via an agency, you would hardly be in breach of any undertaking not to 'contact the client directly'.
