Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs / Doctorate from Mali | | French term or phrase: au retrait du diplôme | I am confused by this little sentence on a medical degree from the University of Mali. It stands alone on the certificate. I am hoping someone here has come across it before and explain this to me:
N.B.: Une seule attestation est délivrée; au retrait du diplôme, l'Étudiant devra présenter la même attestation.
I know it's late, but... why would the diploma be withdrawn? And to whom would this certificate then be presented?
