I am translating an "extrait des registres des actes de naissance" from Haiti to US English:

"Extrait des registres des actes de naissance de la commune de Port-au-Prince déposés au **bureau des archives Nles de la République et délivré sur papier timbré sans timbre mobile et sans numéro de récépissé suivant l’article ..."

I have seen the translation "national archives of Haiti", but there are not a lot of references. I have also seen "public records office". How would you translate it?
