Explanation:
Although I'd change it a little to make a neater sentence:

Presenting the company at trade fairs and through written reports.

I don't think it matters that you're starting with an activity for "exposant", in fact I'd make them all activities in English

***Exposant*** dans le cadre de foire des entreprises

Foire des entreprises is a trade fair, so this refers to an Exhibitor at a trade fair. (redaction de rapports in the same phrase is a bit strange though)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Can you elaborate? I don't understand this use of exhibitor. Thanks for your patience :)

Asker: Yes, grouping them is a bit odd... I appreciate the explanation, this makes much more sense!

neutral  philgoddard: This sounds like someone who's hired to stand around and look pretty, which is clearly not the case here.
6 hrs
-> If as per context it's about PROMOTE, then she is - she does not only stand and look pretty, but also markets the company or whatsoever. The choice of exposant is wrong. she is hôtesse or animatrice commerciale.
