agree  piazza d: "Please note" is not adequate. The warning is for the student not for the parents. The parents are of course informed but the focus is to warn the student that next time the sanction will be worse. After two warnings, you get a "blâme".

I wonder whether something like "Please note" (or NB) would be more appropriate here than "Warning". (As "warning" is used in English to inform someone of a possible danger or problem.)
