This is what we used to call them. Pharma companies and other facilities using solvents have a storage area. In my experience they are either outside, an area specifically set aside for drums of solvents that have been released from QA for use, or in a portacabin type structure for Winchesters of solvent that have already been pulled from the drums, or perhaps of higher grade solvents that were bought in Winchesters in the first place.
When we needed something from the outside solvent area we had to wear full face masks and go in pairs.
