I already have « atomisateur » which I have translated as « atomizer »
this is the paragraph I have already transleted:
The system used for the introduction of xylene, on its own or mixed with the ferrocene, may be any system allowing for its injection for example an atomizer, a vaporizer, a nebulizer or an aérobrumatiseur.
