my translation of the title:

Creation of cell cultures derivatives of the culture YB2/0 productrice of the anti-CD20 EMAB603 chimeric antibody

Actuallly, this is the more exact translation, although the meaning
is about the same as "producint" etc.

Don't let the French female forms confuse you, and don't use them
in English, in particular not for inanimate (or, more broadly) non-human
entities. I have seen, particularly in British English, forms like
"administratrix", "executrix" etc, but they are rare!
