log tapes
Explanation:
If my interpretation of your given context is correct, the broadcaster uses the tape recordings that are usually made as a definitive 'log' of everything transmitted as a reference when compiling lists of material for copyright returns --- a common procedure

Here, 'antenne' is being used in the rather old-fashioned sense of 'transmitter' or even 'transmission', and 'bande' of course in the sense of a 'tape recording'

There may be a more up-to-date or technical expression, but this is one term I've very often heard used

I appreciate that more modern recording methods are often used these days, but I have still heard the resulting items called "log tapes"; in practice, because of the high storage density / low quality required, various tape-based formats (digi cassettes, tape streamers etc. have often continued to be used) — probably not the highest-priority area for a station to upgrade!

neutral Tony M: I think a key point is that these tapes provide a legal record of that which actually IS broadcast; and for many years, have always been tapes (special slow-speed logging recorders are used) -- it may have changed now with digital technology...
