Explanation:
If I've interpreted this correctly it's the "signal" of a francophone TV channel. I think I would be inclined to speak of the channel's "output" in this context.

neutral  Tony M: This would be fine, IF there are broadcasts on this same frequency in other languages too; however, if in fact this wavelength broadcasts only in FR, then I think this would be less apt.

Another possibility... I can't tell if this is radio or television, broadcast, internet, etc., so I propose "French-language feed."

neutral  Dieezah: chaîne is only used for tv or internet broadcasts offering streaming video (in France), never for radio (which is "station de radio") Why on earth did I mention "in France" if not to make it clear other French variants might work differently ?
