English translation:advance on the receipts/earnings after implementation?
Explanation:
"advance on the receipts/earnings after implementation"?
This is a guess, as it's difficult out of context, but wanted to just brainstorm here for you. Out of context maybe they mean advancing payment after the film has been made or implemented, or after contracts signed but before film is launched? more context could be helpful...ie the rest of the paragraph?

Hold on (2 minutes later) -- after more research I have further suggestions. CNC is the Centre National du Cinéma.

I now suggest the following & am more confident in it:
which is "post-production advance on receipts (from the CNC)"

neutral  Julie R: "recettes" is usually "takings" or "earnings"... "Avance" is very often used in the phrase "avance sur salaire" in French (I don't know the film industry that well) and here means that the person can be paid a part of ther salary ahead of time/pay-day...

disagree  Tony M: 'Post-production advance on receipts' would completely change the meaning; at best, it is an advance on the promise of post-completion profits.

Advance from the CNC on the net profit once a film is complete

Explanation:
The CNC Avance sur Recette apres Realisation is a the title of a specific category of financial assistance awarded by the CNC (Centre Nationale du Cinéma - the equivalent of the UK film funding body, (now) BFI).
It translates as an advance on the net profit once a film is complete.
It is in effect a 'loan' from the CNC as opposed to a grant. Funds are forwarded during a film's production in order to assist in making the film. Once the film is complete and making a profit the production company is required to repay the CNC. Only the film's producer can apply for the funding, and once the film production is underway, with either a confirmed distribution deal already in place, or demonstrating a level of production from which the CNC can deem the project viable and sure to be distributed (and profitable enough to repay the CNC). It applies to independent feature films, animation, documentary or fiction.
