Le circuit de la connexion USB.
Il supporte le connecteur USB et permet de fixer la prise USB sur la face arrière de l'appareil. Ce circuit contient également des picots qui permettent de souder facilement le câble qui relie la prise USB à la CPU.

Any ideas as to how exactly "picots" should be translated in this context? Many thanks in advance for any suggestions...
