French term or phrase: avance/retard réel
Hi all!

I know this must seem like a really silly question. It appears as a heading, alongside items like "milestone", "position", "scheduled date" and others. I realise that it means how far ahead of or behind time the distribution process actually is with respect to the scheduled dates, whether things are running early or late, but I just can't get my head around how to put it as a heading. Actual what or delay? AFAIK advance wouldn't be right here.

You've never failed me yet ... ;)

many TIA
