French to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software / acronym
French term or phrase: FOS
The background is software for a nuclear power station, and the heading is MCO logiciel:
"Evolution fonctionnelle des outils (amélioration), correction d'anomalies => plus de 700 *FOS* créées en 4 ans"

I'm guessing the O is ordinateur and the F may be related to failure, but researches have failed to come up with anything convincing so far

In a developer's team environment, how do you do the:
Evolution fonctionnelle des outils (amélioration), correction d'anomalies?

By opening a ticket in the ticket system. It makes sense that they dealt with 700 tickets in 4 years, thus showing how many bugs and issues they corrected or improved during this time.
