agree  clairewad: I agree this is a good suggestion, it has also been translated as " private, collective-interest healthcare institution" and "Private Health Establishment with Collective Interests " online but "non-profit" is better

  -> Thank you. ("Collective interests," etc., sounds a little like a commune or like bolshevism, at least to me; that's why I opted for "non-profit.")
