French term or phrase: poste en régime permanent
In the terms of reference for the "réalisation d’un LOGICIEL INTEGRE à partir d’un LOGICIEL STANDARD sous maîtrise d’œuvre du FOURNISSEUR + licences + prestations annexes" is an appendix headed "Livrables: Developpements et Interventions FOURNISSEUR". In that document is the following:

"Customisation de la vue Gantt
- Possibilité de séquencer des opérations élémentaires entre plusieurs opérations
- Possibilité de calculer le temps de cycle d’une zone ou d’un poste en régime permanent"
Can anyone please help with the correct translation of the last four words in computer-speak.

Many thanks for any help.

permanently operating work station
Explanation:
I think this may be what it refers to although "régime permanent" generally refers to a steady rate. That is what I understand in any case.

neutral  Richard Benham: "Work station" is good, but I can't help thinking the "en régime permanent" means when the system as a whole is working in its "steady state". (Sorry, the right terminology is just not coming into my head.)
