No other references to 'amorcer' in the doc, several references to 'parcours' (see below).
It may be preferable to differentiate the translation of 'parcours' (route?) from that of 'chemin' (path), which appears elsewhere in the document.

Aucun parcours n'a été amorcé pour la rubrique <%1!s!> sur le fichier <%2!s!>.
Opération interdite avec la rubrique <%1!s!.%2!s!> : un parcours 'distinct' doit se faire sur une rubrique clé.

Examples of 'chemin':

Explanation:
Not a term I've encountered in a software context before, but this could well be referring to a file STREAM - the entity (often object) through which a running program connects to data in a file or indeed other data source.

From the examples given, I agree that chemin is not the same as parcours.

'chemin' is the conventional 'path', 'pathname' (or 'filespec' for those who remember the 1970s ...).

'parcours' seems to be referring to a 'thread' - as in 'multi-threading' - i.e. the tracking of individual processes in a multitasking system.
