French term or phrase: dans des états sur fichier ou sur requête paramétrée
Les bornes ne sont accessibles que dans des états sur fichier ou sur requête paramétrée

I'm familiar with the terminology but am not sure how to express the second half of this sentence.

(context: a list of computer programming errors)

bornes = boundaries
états = reports
requête paramétrée = parameterized query

Any help with the meaning of the last part of this sentence, or how to express it, is appreciated!

Explanation:
Boundaries are only accessible via / from / in / through file or parameterized query reports.

Not entirely sure I understand the computing concepts involved, but that's how I'd interpret it, language-wise. the preposition to use will depend on exactly what this accessibility entails.
