defines "panorama d'écran" as "Terme qui précise que le fichier ou la page, accessible en réseau surtout, correspond en ampleur à l'espace disponible à l'écran sans se servir de l'ascenseur. Ce pourrait être l'équivalent d'un bloc ou d'un paragraphe."

This sound like "full screen". But that translates to "plein écran". Can any one confirm that "panorama d'écran" is synonymous with "plein écran" ?
