On parle ici de clients qui ont soit renouvelé, soit évolué dans les licenses d'une certaine companie.
Could it be "upgrade", or "update" their licence?

Hello,

I think that "evolué dans nos licenses" means that changes have been to the licensing status of these clients. It could be that "dans les licenses" could mean "in the status of the licenses issued"

renouvelé = renewed (no doubt)

Here, we are talking about clients/customers whose licensing status with a certain firm has been either renewed or modified.

renouvelé, évolué dans les licences = renewed, modified in licensing status

This is a really an abstract way of expressing. But, this is French.
