Assuming that (sets of) data files are the "dossiers" in question, and that sorting out the technical arrangements for electronic file transfers was the role being described.
Funnily enough, I had this very pair only last week (in a file xfer context) and the French version very helpfully had upload and download in brackets. It seems that of late, this pair is gradually starting to replace téléchargement, which can be and was used for either direction, confusingly. |
