It's the "confort" that's giving me problems here. I understand the meaning but can't see the best way of translating it into English.

Here's the context :
"Les postes clients travaillent actuellement sur la suite XXXX.
Les fichiers devront donc être directement accessibles à partir de cette suite logicielle pour pouvoir réaliser le montage à partir des fichiers sources sur le serveur sans rapatrier les données avec un confort de montage garanti".

My attempt :
"The workstations currently use XXXX.
Files should be directly accessible from (?) this software in order to be able to edit from the source files on the server without downloading the data with a guaranteed ????????.

XXXX = name of software
This is a project presentation.

I presume the "montage" here is the editing process and think there is probably no need to repeat the word in English - depends on the structure of your sentence
