Explanation:
"Ginko CD" (with capitals) is a line of taps by Jacob Delafon :

See:
http://www.jacobdelafon.ru/catalogue_of_production/products/...
[The French site is down, but the Russian one is available with a picture for anyone who does not read Russian).

You will note that this mixer tap has two control taps and that the spout is fixed, i.e. it does not swivel.

So you've got:

Ginko CD fixed-spout mixer tap AND single-control fixed-spout mixer tap.

In the latter case, water flow and heat is controlled by a single device, i.e. lever (in most/all cases?).

MY MISTAKE!!!
Failed to see that the second one is also a \"mélangeur\", not a \"mitigeur\" as I understood it.

Still, while \"monotrou\" is a category of \"mélangeur\", it also definitely fits a \"mitigeur\", so if you have the exact references, you might want to check them out.

agree  Tony M: Yes, except are you sure about mélangeur mono' -- usually, single-lever = mitigeur, and mono = monotrou, non ? // Latter is like a thermostatic mitigeur?

-> Could be too. Dicobat defines a "mitigeur monocommande" which controls both flow and temperature, whereas a "mitigeur" (simple) might have one control for temp., one for flow, though I have never seen such a beast
