No further explanation.
All I have found is 'offre publique de rachat/retrait' but these appear to be stock exchange-oriented.
|Début des Opérations 15 mois|
OPR= abbreviated for operation.
But somewhere in the document there must be reference to this.
Otherwise even the most professional french builder will not understand what they are talking about in the original text.
You may have to ask your client what it is they are trying to say!
