well in our industry it is clearly the above, but I don't see how the window construction fits in.
lapses of sales contracts perhaps?
Also, Warwick, surely you could tell us a little more. Where does the expression appear in the brochure, What is the sentence. Are we talking 0.5%, 5% or 50%?
