Then, farther down:

"Dératisation désinsectisation - (prices) - Contrat de résultat"

"Entretien des terrasses - (prices) - Contrat de résultat"

Does this perhaps mean that a separate contract will be drawn up for certain services? Context doesn't seem to support that scenario. Or contract based on objectives? Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I've seen this used in contracts signed by professional athletes.
