French term or phrase: degamisseuse mechanique

I have not been able to locate the term "degamisseuse" anywhere and I am beginning to wonder whether it is misspelled in the original text. Anyone know what this means? It is in the context of a set of bid specifications related to the provision of construction equipment and machinery in Mauritania.

Gamisseuse. I don't think this is a french term, doesn't exit in all dictionaries I checked but check the link below.
