| Reference: Grout(ed) skirt/curtain
Reference information: I have now encountered the term jupe injectée myself. In my case it is a short (4m) depth of grouted soil at the toe of a diaphragm wall holding back the soil around a deep excavation. The floor of this excavation is lined with a (jet-)grouted slab. The purpose of both the grouted skirt and the grout slab is to prevent water inflow at the bottom of the excavation.
"Grout(ed) skirt" gets a few hits - but not a lot - for precisely this application.

Further searching reveals that while "grout curtain" is said of this short depth of curtain below a retaining wall, it is often qualified as "toe grout curtain" or "grout curtain beneath the wall", etc. to distinguish it from a grout curtain "proper" which is a much larger, deeper affair.
