This is French trade lingo - renovation, refurbishing of roofing.
"... entreprise générale de maçonnerie faisant des aménagements , interieurs et exterieurs ainsi que des cloisons séches faud plafonds et des toitures comprenent aussi le remagnage des tuiles avec le demoussage."

replanning = réaménagement

The last one pretains to the field of construction work practices. Maybe that's what they wanted to say.

I wonder if it isn't an incorrect phonetic error for 'remaniage'? Perhaps 'invented' by the writer from the verb 'remanier'??

Builders / roofers are not noted for high standards of literacy! ;-)
