French to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering | | French term or phrase: Appareil sous pression | Document about health and safety on a construction site:
Les vérifications réglementaires auxquelles peuvent être assujettis certains équipements, appareils ou installations sur le chantier (appareils de levage, installations électriques, *appareils sous pression*, engins de chantier...) ne relèvent pas des prestations du coordonnateur.
I'm not sure how to translate "appareils sous pression".
My first instinct was to translate it as "pressurised devices".
I've found the translation "pressure vessels" in some online dictionaries, but I'm not sure if this term is used on construction sites. |

| | pressure equipment | Explanation: You could also say "pressurized equipment" or "equipment under pressure. They are all valid in my opinion. |
