This is troublesome - the first ten million googles are of course for enterprise resource management, and I have a doubt.

Performances énergétiques du bâtiment
Les équipes font part au Maître d’Ouvrage de l’incohérence entre l’obligation de raccordement au réseau CPCU, de respect de la Réglementation Thermique 2012 et les prescriptions techniques de la Résidence de Tourisme 2** transmise par Réside-Etudes.
M. X précise que ces prescriptions sont en cours d’actualisation et qu’il convient de substituer certaines prescriptions qui viendraient en contradiction avec le raccordement CPCU et / ou la Réglementation Thermique 2012 par des solutions en cohérence avec ceux-ci.
Par ailleurs, le bâtiment qui abritera la résidence services répond aux normes de l’habitation pour ses parties privatives et en **ERP** pour la zone d’accueil et de services.

agree  David Hayes: I was actually in the process of writing the same answer when this popped up! ERP has already been translated on ProZ as 'Public-Access Buildings'. It is the answer in this context.

neutral  Tony M: English? I don't believe your second suggestion of 'public opened buildings' works at all well here. / Your 1st ref. is a FR source, and sadly full of mis-translations, and your 2nd ref. doesn't appear relevant here?

agree  Tony M: I've always had slight reservations about this, since 'buildings to which the public may have access' isn't actually quite the same thing; I've had similar qualms about 'buildings open to the public', but that seems to be more of a lay term anyway.
