In a contract concerning the construction of an 'ouvrage', the term 'Finition de l'Ouvrage' is one of the defined terms and means 'le moment où la REALISATION de l'OUVRAGE est terminée et où les opérations de mise en service peuvent commencer, c'est à dire que l'OUVRAGE est en état de fonctionnement.
