My question concerns the article dealing with what happens when the concession contract terminates:
"Au terme normal du Contrat, le Titulaire est tenu de remettre à l'Etat les **ouvrages**, équipements, installations, appareils et accessoires de l'Autoroute en bon état d’entretien, permettant de satisfaire aux obligations de durée de vie résiduelle figurant à l'Article xx".
