I believe it is an abbreviation of "Prix unitaire en toutes lettres" Is there a fixed expression in English?

Thanks Roy - looks like there is another translation possible for the abbreviation, if the abbreviation is indeed 'prix unitaire exempt des taxes luxembourgeoises' in this case and not the asker's supposed '...en toutes lettres'

Asker: Hi Roy, thanks for your suggestion. This document refers to EU tendering documentation, so your suggestion could be very valid. Is there an official translation somewhere? I could not find one on the EU procurement portal. Not sure whether it is "unit price exclusive of Luxembourg tax" or something else
