Pour chaque réincorporation, les informations suivantes sont-elles enregistrées et liées au n° de lot de la fabrication en cours : code produit, n° lot, quantité, point de réincorporation?

as Phil says, not that much context to go on but a literal translation might work if these are materials being recycled completely (by being re-used).
