Quite why they distinguish between (temporary) possession of the construction site and temporary possession of the accommodations site I do not understand. Unless the accommodations site might be required for construction later in the contract, and the contractor will have to move, i.e. the accommodation site possession is even more temporary than that of the construction site proper.
