éclairés en premier jour receiving the best daylight Explanation: I think "en premier jour" refers to the position of the offices inside the building. This depends on the width of the building. In wide buildings it is important to think about where the offices are placed, because if they are towards the centre of the space, they will not receive much light, whereas in thinner buildings in would not be so crucial. Here these offices and training rooms will be reciveing the best daylight available in the space. |

éclairés en premier jour with direct daylight Explanation: It's referring to "direct daylight", as opposed to "borrowed light" transmitted to the interior of a building by glass at the top of partitions, etc. (which could well be the case of these training rooms if there is glass in the partitions dividing them from the rear corridor.
