soft cereal

Explanation:
Dans les cas de démence accompagnée d'agitation modérée ou sévère, la dissolution de Zydis* dans du jus, des céréales molles ou un autre aliment liquide approprié est efficace et augmente souvent l'acceptation du médicament par les patients.

In dementia patients with moderate to severe agitation, dissolution of Zydis* by adding it to juice, soft cereal or other appropriate liquid foods or beverages is also effective, and often increases the agent's acceptability to the patients.

soaked cereals

Explanation:
Presumably this refers to the grains of cereal crops rather than the boxed processed "breakfast cereals" we get in our shops.

Otherwise, "gruel" might be preferable to "porridge" since the latter is IMO most readily associated with oatflakes alone.

Re. "rolled oats" and "oatmeal", I don't see a difference, except as the finished product:

oatmeal 1. oats ground or ROLLED into meal or flakes 2. a porridge made from such oats.
Websters New World College

Oatmeal (i.e. the porridge made from rolled oats) WOULD be "molle", but only because water has been added.
