Yes, very strange altogether, I have queried it with customer but no reply as yet, ditto for "bar anglais" (dartboard, fruit machines, jellied eels, singalongs, no woman in sight apart from the woman serving??? ;-))) ).
Maybe, Conor — but it is difficult to see how this could ever be regarded as a 'service to customers' — unless perhaps people booking this restaurant's facilities are in some way allowed to use it themselves?
...but I agree with the disagreers, the dictionary definition is what you have suggested, but "bar anglais" (see adjacent question) and "office" are services / extras provided to clients, like cloakroom services. I have asked client and will report back.
