Sheila's "worship of good taste" also occurred to me, but my first thought was twisting it a bit and saying that the restaurant "is a shrine to good taste".

I can't think what else it could be. I didn't actually find any matches for the source term, so it's clearly not a well-used expression.

For a reztaurant, though, "devoted to the worship of good taste in all its forms" make sense
